I want to win the title with Newcastle

Newcastle summer signing Obefami Martins insists he wants to win the title with the club before he considers leaving.

Martins came to Newcastle from Inter and hasn't been doing to badly so far.

Rumours started to circle that Martins could take a switch back to Inter in the near future if things don't go his way at the club, however he vows to make a success out of his stay.

"Never say never, but before that I want to win the title with Newcastle," said Martins to Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I'm feeling better here all the time.

"The period of adaptation is ending. English football is really exciting.

"The language isn't a problem, the club hold me in high esteem, my team-mates too, and I already had a friend here in Belozoglu Emre.

"We live really close and we frequently speak about Inter."
